Same issue here also 007, 040, 013, 015, etc Guild Roster is not updating or working properly. FL is people trying to log in and failing, Whole Guild and Alliance having same issues. Cannot get into GH or European Districts at all. This started about 2 hours ago GMT 5pm ish.

Location: England South east.

doesn't work anyway. managed to log in once onto a lvl 1 character inside a guild hall. when pressed G, the little pop up window was empty; when pressed M, the map had no pins for outposts. after hitting 'leave guild hall', gotten 007.

Haven't been able to get in since 17:20 when I was on my last quest for "To Sorrow's Furnace", not too happy get DC'ed at that point.

Just managed to load in GH for the 1st time since 17:20, let's see if I can go anywhere...

The servers are fine. They are not crashing.

At the moment, it looks like there's heavy network latency between Germany and the US. They're continuing to investigate in more detail.

More updates as info arrives.

sure, and the live team is currently looking into the issue and they haven't announced the possible downtime due to the update.

Yes, changed from the 013 errors to 040 (loading screen at 0%) about 35 mins ago for me.

I'm from England, for the last hour I've been getting either:

1) Hanging on the character selection screen with all buttons grayed out and then error 040

2) Getting the town loading screen hang and then error 020

3) If i try to log on a different character i get 007

OK, NOW, i get a perma city loading screen!

bummer

P.s. ANET, please could you put something on the website? Even if its just "There's a problem, but we don't know what it is!"

Went to American districts to help a friend with today's ZQ about an hour or so ago. Cannot return/load to Euro districts. Am/Int no problems though.

Well that was a short lived trip from GH to GToB, where there's loads of people QQ about server problems.... Shortly after that I got 040. Leaving it for a couple of hours now.
